Since work has started, I am using it less and less, but making a concerted effort to use it for outside reading a bit more
Starting with taking notes today on the [[books]] [[How to take Smart Notes]]
Read an article summarizing the book [[How to take Smart Notes]] called [[How to Take Smart Notes - 10 Principles to Revolutionize Your Note-Taking and Writing]]
Joined an online book club on this book as well
Update on [[February 1st, 2021]]: didn't follow through with this book club
Read a few quotes about love by kids
[[quotes]] “Love is what’s in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and just listen.”
[[quotes]] “You really shouldn’t say ‘I love you’ unless you mean it. But if you mean it, you should say it a lot. People forget.”

Daily Stoic::
The writing from Seneca asks to put philosophy first if living life is a priority. The problem is not that I am too busy during the day to make time for things like reading, meditating and pondering - the issue is that in today’s day and age our attention is stolen by everything around us. The introspective activities can’t compete with Reddit, instagram and Netflix.
