The doctor did a thorough physical exam and can't find anything physically bothering her
She said that metronidazole can have a neurological effect but is usually after prolonged use and not from acute dosage. But every dog is different and their sensitivity and reactivity differs. So it may be that Nobo is extremely sensitive and exhibited this physical reaction from the medicine
She recommends stopping the medicine and just proceed with the plain diet and see if her diarrhea returns, she thinks that the medicine is probably enough and she should be fine
